The Operation Assistant will support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Office management and day-to-day administration
- Assist in management of employees leave and daily attendance.
- Handle front desk of the organization.
- Support on procurement of office materials/ equipment preparing purchase requisition, collecting quotation and compiling them with adequate documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely services.
- Organizes and coordinates meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
- Coordinates the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Assists in organizing official events.
Requirements
- Bachelors in management with 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities.
