Our registered office is in Culemborg, with our business address at Landzichtweg 64, 4105 DP Culemborg, The Netherlands. We are listed with the Chamber of Commerce under number 34139083.

When data is gathered by asking you

We keep and use your personal data when you offer it.

Usually, data about you may contain:

– Role (e.g., job title or position)

– Gender (when necessary)

– Days and times when you are available to be contacted

Additionally, in some cases:

– Personal data received from third sources (such as business partners or public collections like the Chamber of Commerce)

The reasons and the legality for processing

Your personal data is used for the following reasons:

– These personal data are necessary to sign a contract with us. If we do not receive these personal data, it is impossible for us to continue providing our services and to fulfil our agreement.

We sometimes receive your personal data from our business partners, for instance, if you are introduced to us through a collaboration. We may also obtain information about your business or role from public sources, such as the Chamber of Commerce.

We process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, for example, to inform you as an existing contact about relevant services or developments in our field. We always carefully balance your privacy interests against our business interests in these situations.

We use and manage your data because it helps us to perform a contract or is required for the sake of our business. If we use legitimate interest as our basis, we will mention our objectives at the time of getting the data from people.

Recipients of your personal data

It is possible that your personal data will be given to:

– Foreign and local business partners.

– Firms that produce software and offer it through the cloud.

– If demanded by the law, public authorities

International transfers

In a few situations, your personal data might be moved to countries that are not members of the European Economic Area (EEA), for instance, to our company in Nepal. In these cases, we make sure your data is safeguarded by having in place Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Retention period

We do not keep the personal data provided by you for longer than necessary. When you are not offered an employment agreement following your application, we will delete your data four weeks after the end of the application period.

When you give permission to keep your data for longer, we will do so for a period of one year after the end of the application period.

Personal data will be retained for longer if required by law.

Your rights

Various rights are associated with protecting your personal data.

– You can request access to your personal information.

– You may ask to correct incorrect data.

– You can request deletion of your data in some cases.

– You have the right to restrict how your data is used.

– You may receive your data in a standard, digital format and transfer it elsewhere.

– If we correct or erase your data, we will inform relevant parties where possible.

You have the right not to be subject to automated decisions with significant consequences.
